The chassis is constructed using steel rectangular section and hand rolled steel wheels, which are then primed and coated in durable matt black paint(galvanising of the chassis is an option at extra cost). The exterior of the hut in the pictures is clad using locally sourced red cedar, an extremely durable wood that can be left untreated to weather naturally to a soft silver colour, or a wood of your choice can be milled as cladding. Alternatively it can be protected using corrugated steel sheets with a choice of colours. Beneath the cladding, the hut is covered with a waterproof and breathable membrane for extra protection against the weather. The frame of the hut is constructed with treated wood. Within the frame is recycled glass bottle insulation to keep you hot in the winter and cool in the summer. Two double glazed windows and a window within the stable door help let natural light in. Inside, the hut's walls and celling are clad with tongue and groove which can be painted to a colour of your choice. It is then finished with a solid oak floor and oak window sills. Lighting and electrics can be discussed to suit your needs.
